Replacing a cracked shower tray

I have a cracked shower tray in small en-suite. Is it possible to replace this without dismantling the surrounding cubicle?

"Hi, yes, it may be possible to replace the shower tray without completely dismantling the surrounding cubicle. It will depend on how the tray and shower enclosure have been fitted and how much access there is.
I’d need to have a look first to see how it’s been installed. If possible, I’ll aim to keep the existing cubicle and surrounding areas intact to avoid any unnecessary work or damage, but I’ll let you know what’s involved before starting."

"It depends. Is the tray cracked due to impact damage or because the floor is moving. If you want the job done right because the floor is sagging I would lift the tray and beef up the floor below so it is solid and then install a new solid tray not a flimsy plastic one. Assuming the floor is wooden and not concrete. If the cubicle is panels going into a frame on the wall then the panels can be removed without disturbing the frame or tiling. Pictures or a viewing would help clarify the solutions available to you. Taking shortcuts may cut cost but will defer problems until a later date."
