He confidently told me how professional hus business was and how they always return to rectify faults. The toilet seat he replaced wasn't installed properly I Messaged him about this and he didn't respond so clearly he doesn't return to rectify faults
Stonebridge pecFitted new toilet seat supplied by customer. All fitted as per manufactures instructions. Seat operated as it should. Customer happy with fitting. Customer paid 2 days later no complaints at this point hence being paid. The first that is known about faulty seat is the review left by the customer. The customer provided the toilet seat. No messages were received from the customer.

We can not thank John enough for what he has done with our house. We were let down by a builder and our house was unlivable and left as a building site. John came in and started from scratch and had the full house done and ready to move in, in 3 weeks. He has truly worked miracles and saved both our house and our sanity! He’s been so patient and never complained when more work ended up needing doing and just cracked on with a smile on his face. He’s super friendly and a joy to be around. If we could give a higher rating, we would. So thank you John, you’ve gave us a home and saved our Christmas. I’ll definitely be back if we need anything else doing and recommend you to anyone that asks!
