Right from the initial phone call, it was evident that Lee was not only knowledgeable but genuinely concerned about helping me resolve the problem. Despite it being a holiday, Lee patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone, and to my surprise, we managed to fix the issue without the need for a physical visit. He even refused any payment, insisting that helping was his priority. Lee's honesty, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me. I'm incredibly grateful for his assistance and relieved to know that there are still individuals like him who truly care about helping others. Excellent job. Friendly and efficient. Took out fitted gas cooker and hob and sealed the pipes. Came on time and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend.
