Fix Toilet Making Repeated Noise
Absolutely outstanding service from Jason from start to finish. He arrived with a part ready to fix the toilet, but after taking a proper look realised a second part was needed to complete the repair fully. Instead of saying he’d have to order it and come back another day, he went out of his way to find a shop that had the part in stock and returned straight away so we weren’t left waiting. Not only was he incredibly professional and efficient, but he was also amazing with my little boy — he even brought him some sweets and let him help with fixing the toilet, which absolutely made his day. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like Jason did. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough and would give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Unblock Macerator Toilet and Gurgling Drains
Turned out that my blocked drains were blocked sewers - did a really good job (no pun intended) cleared the sink/bath drains and the sewer drain. Professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again myself if required. Also turned up on Good Friday which many wouldn't have done or theyd have charged double.
Wet Room Regrouting and Shower Mixer
Very responsive, with the work being completed slightly ahead of time. Waiting for things to set/dry before seeing the final outcome but looks very good so far.
