Leak on a flat roof for repair - does the whole roof have to be done?

"It depends how bad the leak is and when a inspection I'd done it will depend on the state of the timber frame, if all of that is all ok then the leak can be fixed."

"Ideally you should replace the full roof as patching is only going to work temporarily and you will have to keep paying time and time again. I would recommend a rubber roof replacement."

"Not necessarily.
Depending on the severity of the leak is the main reason if you was to have it all replaced. Minor leaks can be easily repaired"
