"Hi you will have to supply power to 1 detector and then extend the cable to the next one until the end, this will require making holes in the ceilings"

"Around £500 I would think depending on how difficult it is to route cables"

"I would say around £500. More if you have the wireless ones fitted. You should also consider damage to walls and ceiling if you want the cables hidden."

"hello

There are two ways on doing this,
The first way is,

interlink wired smoke detector.
****************************************
This is where we install 1.5mm 3 core and earth cable from the first alarm and daisy chain them to the last alarm on the cct. using the 3rd cable as the trigger feed. these have a battery back up usually 9v.

interlink wireless smoke detector alarms
**************************************************
These do the same job and are wirelessly linked between each alarm.
simple and effective,

So prices vary on what ones you choose to use, also if you choose the wired interlinked smoke detectors we would need to see the cable runs etc. we might need to use truncking and we would need to know much more information. to give such quotation if that makes sense.

*price range for the wired system £500-£1200
*price range for wireless system £250-£500

hope this helps

kind regards

"Hi, the smoke alarms are £135 each fitted. This will include the wireless links so all alarms are interlinked to comply with the lastest regulations.

Thanks
