I am a qualified electrician and builder with over a 8 years of experience in the field. Have done major refurb projects as well as new build houses. I like to provide the quality work at a decent price. The main areas of work include:
Housing (both public and private)
Repair and maintenance
Non-residential public property
Industrial and commercial
Domestic projects – involving extensions, repairs and refurbishment work on the homes of domestic clients. A small builder will usually have the sole responsibility for site health and safety on these projects.
Small commercial projects – involving short duration repairs and refurbishment work (with 15 or fewer people on site) for business commercial clients where site health and safety responsibilities are shared between the small builder and the commercial client.

Quick communication. Agreed quote. Arrived in 2 hours. Job completed in 7 hours. Should have been a 1.5 man job He did 96% of work even very awkward parts. I helped a little. Savvy (Fab Lab) did very good job. Worked hard all 7 hours. Left everything clear. Would recommend again. Would give 4.75/5 if it was option.
