Cost to remove a built in wardrobe

We've got a large fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom that we want to remove to open the room up. How much should we expect to pay a carpenter to take it out cleanly?

"Again it’s dependant on size, how it’s fixed ie glue? And what remedial work would be required after, I’d charge half a days wage (£150) just for removal"

"Depends of size of wardrobe, also depends on is he getting rid of it or are you, are you wanting making good once its removed. Prices will be different depending on what you want. But just to remove it and place in outside for you. You would be looking at £400 to remove. Hope it helps"

"A carpenter charges around £300-£400 per day. So maybe half that if they don’t have a minimum charge. They also have to pay to dispose of the waste.

For this simple job it’s best to get a handyman at maybe £150-£180 per day and dispose of the waste yourself."
