can you give a price for an edwardian conservatory and a new kitchen

We had a fire at our house 6 weeks ago. The conservatory was completely burnt out, and the kitchen was ruined with all the black smoke. Can you give me an idea of how much it will be to replace both

"For a new Edwardian conservatory and a new fitted kitchen, a realistic UK budget in 2026 is £22,000–£38,000 for both together, depending on size and specification. Prices tend to be a little higher in London and the South East."

"Unfortunately without more details of design and dimensions it would be impossible to give a genuine answer, also would it be a insurance claim?
Happy to visit.

"Hello this depends on size of kitchen . What style & type. Also where to buy it from ?.
Better quality are Howdens or wren. then slightly lower Bq & wickes .
Average smal kitchen £ 3.5 k upto 10k.
Depending on doors you choose handles sink etc etc. As there are no limits when it comes to design style."

"that’s impossible to answer without coming to look at the job there are so many variables but on the plus side you if you haven’t already done so you could transform your edwardian conservatory roof into an insulated roof and i’m happy to discuss any plans"

Thanks for reaching out to me.

I’m fully booked up to the end of October but if you’re not in a hurry I could do it for you.

Before I give you any estimate or a full quote I’d like to do the site visit to properly assess the task.
Please let me know if you’re still interested.

"Again difficult without seeing the type of kitchen you would like but if you allowed £5000 .you could get a reasonable kitchen and im sure this would cover any othere works in conservatory also you get quite a lot of work done for £5000 .chris Renov8.."

"It’s difficult to give an accurate price without seeing the damage and the size of the conservatory and kitchen. As a very rough guide, replacing an Edwardian-style conservatory could be around £15,000–£30,000+, while a new fitted kitchen could range from £8,000–£20,000+ depending on specification. After a fire, there may also be extra costs for structural repairs, electrics, plastering, smoke damage and making good, so I’d recommend getting a full site survey before pricing."
