    Conversion of flat roof

I have a semi detached house with a flat roof. We would like to convert our roof to a pitched roof with a room but our neighbours (also flat roof) aren’t in a position to do their roof. Can we turn our side into a pitched roof and their side left flat?

"Yes you can either clad the side of your neighbours if doing a straight pitched conversion from top to bottom, or if you want a hipped style conversion you can tile down to your neighbours level and add a flashing."

"Yes it is possible to do this work as you would have to extend the timber work up the side and add insulation and some soffit board to smarten the extention up thanks we would always need to view the job first as always"
