"In my experience its mostly moss and reef debris that blocks a gutter. I think if it's blocked then do it now.
Could be causing damp problems from the over flow"

"Yes the best time to clean gutters is when all leaves have fallen. Sometimes if it freezes is a good time because it’s all frozen together and there is no mess."

"You could clean them now and put a gutter grid inside the gutter to stop leaves collecting inside the gutter or leave it until the leaves have all fallen."

"Yes because there won’t be any leaves in there to clean them out so once they are full up once the lives of Paul and we will clean them and wait till next year for the new oncoming leaves"

"Plan to clean the gutter system every late winter and at the end of autumn, and more often if your roof is directly beneath trees. The best time to clean gutters is after autumn winds have blown leaves from the trees but before the rain has made the leaves a soggy mess inside gutters"

"Usually twice each year have gutters cleaned to save moss/leafs building up and blocking down pipes and to keep water flowing away nicely 👍"
