Replace or Modify Garden Decking
This job was started in October last year, 7 months ago, and was supposed to be completed before the end of November. It was also meant to be completed prior to payment. Non of this has happened. There was delay after delay after delay, and multiple requests for interim payments. They used Christmas and family issues as an emotional lever to get even more money out of us. The job remains incomplete and the area is unusable. That which they had done has already got weeds growing through it, and decking boards are turning up at the ends and they are not laid in a sensible arrangement. The job is not to the standard that I could do myself. They even lost our electronic gate fob which they insisted on having because they didn't want to wait the slightly extended amount of time it takes me to get to controls to open the gate. It got to the point that I couldn't bear anymore of their excuses, my wife had to chase them for several months after, with many more broken promises. They have used emotional blackmail to exploit a vulnerable person. I have now paid them 93% of the total quote and still have nothing that I can use as a result. We are extremely disappointed and have no idea how we could even afford to put this right.
Cll ContractingPlease dont tell lies that is not the right thing to do im sorry you feel you have to lie my husband has had a very bad time with his health and could not complete the job fully which was all explained to your wife and we apologised deeply and took no more money the decking area is very much able to be used why lie!!! Im very sorry the fob for the gate got lost i did explain to your wife the vehicle it was in was in a crash sadly and I offered to pay for a new one I got no response...how rude!!! We definitely did not beg you for the fob you offered it to us again please stop lying not good at all. You most definitely had your moneys worth for the big beautiful decking area please send pics of the apparent state its in now!!! That would be great
Remove Old Turf and Lay New
What a delight these guys are. It's like having a friendly family turn up, do the job (well and on time and to budget) and have a nice chat as they do it. Highly recommended.

Slate Roof Tile Repair
Sean and team were brilliant professionals. Arrived on time and explained all that needed to be done to fix the fault. Overall very happy indeed with the work carried out. Reasonable cost also that was made clear before the work was carried out. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family 👍.
Lay New Turf, Remove Old, Level Ground
Sean and his team arrived on time, all were friendly and very pleasant. They did a good job at a reasonable price. Garden much improved.
Front Door Hinge Repair
Responsive, kept me up to date, communicative, took time to explain to me what needed to be done and why, completed the work as promised and on-time.
Repair Blown Concrete Lintel
I am very dissatisfied with the work done. The bricks are completely different colour to those on the rest of the house, the grouting doesn’t match and is very scruffy, not neat at all. The new lintel they put in has a crack and the concrete paint used was completely a different colour to the others. There was a lot of mess to clear up both near their van that they parked on the drive and where they were working. They tidied up a bit but not to my satisfaction at all. This was bad workmanship and certainly not what I expected. I have told Sean this and because l paid him in full he gave me his word he would come back and put things right but I don’t know if I trust the quality of his work.
Cll ContractingHelen , disappointed to say the least to read this. I cannot help that the new bricks look new compared to the existing and that the new jointing also will Take time to weather in. I offered to come back several times to have a look for you but you were unavailable.
Remove and Lay New Turf
They were very friendly, quick and worked efficiently. Job was great and they tided up after and was good value for money, would recommend them and already have.
Replace Rotten Fence Post
Sean was great at sorting out my fence. He was super responsive, kept me up to date, and was really flexible. On the day I was sleeping in from nights and he was super understanding, got on with the job and tidied up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend and will be using in future for other projects when required.
Repair Weather-Damaged 6ft Fence
Happy with the work completed today for my mum by Sean & Laura. They were professional throughout, prompt in responding and very fairly priced. Would definately recommend!
