Changing a flat roof

Is it possible to change a flat roof to a pitch roof on a single storey extension?

"Yes no problem to do that as long the sub structure can cope with extra weight of tiles"

"hi yes its possible but there is a few vairables that could make it difficult such as location semi detached or enclosed but very possible lowest pitch would be 15.
degrees so would require some joinery work to joists aswell
any good roofer should have experience with that"

"Depends on height etc, and crating the pitch !
Example- in creating the pitch would the top of the roof land on any windows above ?
But it is something that might be very possible/ we have done several over the years."

"yes its possible the most important issue is the Pitch making sure that the tiles you choose are designed for low pitched roofs"

"It is ok to do so if you r with in the lines to replace to the highest point make sure leave room from i.e lead work as I would be tilting on top off it"

"Yes it is not hard to change to a pitched roof from a flat roof and it will have a longer guarantee just make sure that the tiles you use are a adequate weight for the beams"
