Cement board cladding of a good quality your I'll be paying upwards of £30 per sqm, add another £40 per square metre on top on average for labour (depending on area)

It depends what surface it’s being applied to. & if it’s level/straight also if I was doing a bathroom walls & floor.. I’d have to be more exact with fitting plumb / level/square etc 
& if I was doing a larger space outside/inside gable wall for example.. I set up a level Batton & this goes much quicker.. hence cheaper price.

This depends on what the job entails, is the wall straight, is there a butt , is there a return.
These questions make up the problem to come up with a price for the work.
