Creative anniversary idea - need help
Hi! So I have this cute idea for my husband and I's 30th anniversary. He's out in work and I wanted to pay some professionals to arrive and arrange flowers in the garden to be set up and read 'Happy Anniversary' in the back garden so I can surprise him! The question I have is who could I pay to do this for me? I mean I suppose I could do it myself but seems like plenty of choreography and I'd rather people arrive with the flowers on the day while he's out of work rather than me sneaking in the flowers on other days and hiding them somewhere. Poor garden state and resale value of a house
I'm looking at a few properties right now. One has a garden that is a particularly poor state. How can I tell if the poor state of the garden has been taken into account as a percentage reduction of the overall value of a property? Should it be for that matter? I want to ensure I'm getting a reasonable price while weighing things up. Thank you!
