I'm laying a patio and have heard mixed opinions on which sand I need to use. What sand or mixture should I be using with the cement to lay paving flags?

How much postcrete do I need for each wooden post?

Hello all, I need some advice for how many bags of postcrete I will need for a new fence I will be putting up. The posts themselves will be 2.4m wooden posts for panels that are 1.8m by 1.8m. The posts will be put in soft and sandy soil. Can anyone give me an idea of what the bag to post ratio would be? Many Thanks, Bill

How can I find out who owns the fence in our garden?

Hello, I want to know who is responsible for the fences around my garden? I am looking to get the fence replaced to the left of the property as you look from the patio doors. Is there any hard fast rules around who is responsible for the fences around your boundary?

    Artificial Grass Cleaning

I have a question. I have artificial grass (5m x 7m) in my small garden that smells like puppy wee. I have used an artificial grass cleaner on it many times but I still cant get it to smell clean. I don't have a hose in the garden so that makes it tricky. Can this be cleaned properly to remove the smell? Thanks Caitlin

Can I paint my decking with Ronseal fence paint?

Hello, Does anyone know if it is okay to use Ronseal’s fence paint on decking? They’re both for wood and are pretty similar, but I don’t want to risk ruining my decking. Any advice would be great thanks! Greg
