Insulate a party wall
How best can a loft party wall be insulated? I’ve got a loft conversion and my neighbour doesn’t and in the winter the party wall in the loft gets a lot of condensation on it which result in mould growth so how best can I insulate the wall and eliminate mould growth and how thick should the insulation be. Non-Traditional Construction House
Hi, I've had a survey done on a property and it states, "The property appears to be of non-traditional construction. We suspect it may be a Swedish timber dwelling timber framed or possibly a Hawksley which is of concrete frame but with timber linings. Unfortunately, without destructive testing and significant further investigation, we cannot be conclusive with this respect." What does this mean and is it a cause for concern? Thanks!
How deep should foundations be when converting a conservatory to an extension
I am thinking about converting the conservatory into an extension so we can use it all around the year without having dedicated heating in there. Could someone explain how I go about checking the foundations so I can get a closer idea of the costs involved? What depth is required to support an extension instead of a conservatory?
Cost to repair damp floor at patio doors
I have been asked to get a quote for an insurance claim but i'm not sure what trade to contact. I notice water damage at the bottom of my kitchen unit. I pulled back the flooring at my patio doors & the floor is damp/wet. I have a couple of steps going down into the garden. I think the water has come in due to the heavy rain & high winds. How much would I be looking at to remediate the damage and what trade should i be contacting? Thanks.

I would like to extend to the rear of my semi, approx 2.5m2. Can I use the module style conservatory steel base with the pre fab wall on the left, glass conservatory window on the other 2 walls floor to ceiling?
