Possibly a gardener with some weed killer, if they repeat a couple of times over a month or so  it should kill off any seeds.

I'd say you need a good gardener with the right weed killer then once ead get him / her on there hands and knees and scrap  the joints

Hi there, no you don't need a specialist trade to de weed block paving. a good dose of weed killer then re attend to fill the gaps between the bricks should solve the issue. this is something I can easily do.

Easiest solution is to either use weed killer or jetwash, sand and then seal it
