    We need to remove wall tiles along THREE walls in a U-shaped Kitchen and also screed the walls to make it smooth either for re-tiling or putting glass or stone splashbacks. Is it a DIY job or does it require a professional Tiler to do the job correctly?

    I have a double garage door, with remote control. No problem to open it but when l try to close it, it goes down then up again and l have to finish closing it manually using a special tool and a special key by a side wall opening but it’s very difficult. I cleaned the area around the door and no change. I can hear clicking sound from the unit.

    I want to replace a horizontal radiator (I think it is 600×1200 Type 11 → ~4,000 BTU) with a vertical double radiator (probably Urban Vertical Radiator – Anthracite – Double Panel – 1800 × 532 m BTU around 6,000). I had an extension build which is open to the kitchen and it is too cold in winter (total cubic meters 40 for kitchen plus 20 for extension). The house is three storeys and the upper floors are already too hot. Modern Ultracom Condensing Boiler. Is this a viable plan?
