Ask your QuestionI want an extension myself. Does he need to remove his conservatory? Also his trees are on the fence line. He said its been built on his side.

"If the conservatory is built on your land then it has been built illegally. You might have to take him to court to have it removed unless you have a good solicitor then it can be sorted out of court."

The tree I guess if you want a fence there then you have the right to remove it but do check with you local authority."
