Originally they replaced asbestos tiles several years ago but the pitch was too low subsequently letting water in, destroying felt and timber within. A specialist says that the strip seals cannot be replaced due to their specialised profiling. Is there a clear silicone (or whatever) product that I can paint over the black sealing strips to reseal them?
