I’d like to have new tiles fitted to my bathroom. What are the best types/materials I should go for when looking for durability? Our previous bathroom tiles developed a lot of problems over the years and we’re looking to replace them as they seem beyond repair at this point. We’d like tiles that are easy to maintain/clean and that are durable. What would you recommend?

Hi. I’m considering having new floors installed in my home. I’d like to know what the safest flooring option is when it comes to fire safety and to what extent that may depend on the quality of the product/brand? Thanks.
Hi all A little friendly advice required please..... I need to replace my built-in double oven that has a power rating of 4.2 kW and is, as far as I can ascertain, on its own circuit due to having its own circuit breaker at the mains fuse box and main switch at the wall next to the oven. I have bought / replaced my own ovens without issue before, but something is making me doubt myself and seek clarity. My question is, so long as the replacement oven is equal to or less than 4.2 kW, it should be a straight forward, like-for-like replacement...... Shouldn't it? Would I have to replace the cable running from the oven to the wall switch or consider anything else? Many thanks in advance for your advice. Nick
