    Chimney stack removal

Can I conduct repairs and remove both my tall chimneys stacks on my roof at the end on my roof (2 storey detached house) without having to gain access to my neighbours property and erecting scaffolding over my neighbours adjacent flat garage roof which is structurally weak? Can I carry out my 2 chimney removals safely by erecting scaffolding solely on my side of my property?

    Ground floor extension leaking roof

We have a leak in our ground floor extension roof. It started with the paint cracking when it rained hard, but now it's got much worse and water is slowly dripping through the cracks that are growing. It's a flat roof and i can't see where it could be coming through. My question may be a silly one, but would i need a roofer or a specialist builder of some sort for this kind of work? We need to work out where the leak is coming from first, and then fix it!

    Walk in wetroom panelling

Hi I had panelling put in by a building company and it’s a botch job! Uneven edges just poor finishing, I can’t live with it and want to redo it which tradesman is best to use? Also need to replace shower with something more powerful and am looking at options for sink ie need storage. It’s not a huge room and I don’t want clutter. What would be best?

How do I make my current fence more private?

I currently have concrete fencing and we recently took lots of trees down from an old pond. This now has created privacy issues. Is there anything that can be done to make the current fence taller on a low budget? I don’t want to replace the fence just as it’s a solid concrete fence.
