"I would suggest 2.5 flex heat resistant as twin and earth cable is not heat resistant."

"If you are not sure what power the oven you can’t use is 13 amp, use. we need to know how much power the oven uses. For this we need to use suitable cable and finally we need to use suitable fuse. It is recommended to call an electrician for this."

"Electric cookers have a kW rating that tells you how much power they use. For cookers under 3kW, it is perfectly acceptable to power them using a regular 13-amp plug and socket"

"you need to run a 2.5mm t&e cable from the fuseboard which will be on a 20amp breaker, to a 20amp spur then from spur to the oven so its on its own circuit"

"You should be fine using a switched fused spur as long as long as the oven power is below 3kw

I would recommend at least 2.5mm heat resistant flex cable to wire into the spur"

"I would advise 2.5mm heat resistant flex as a minimun."

"If the instructions for the built in oven recommend to use a 13amp fused spur, then a 2.5mm twin and earth cable is fine to use.

A 2.5mm twin and earth cable can carry around 25 amps of electricity, therefore if something goes wrong, the fuse will blow first as it's 13amp and the cable will not get burnt out.

The breaker/MCB at consumer unit for this cable will be on a 16/20/32amp."

"2.5mm twin and earth should do the job.
