Electrical Safety Certificate for Flat
Booked to do electrical safety check on rented flat. Cancelled first appointment at short notice and arrived 90 mins late second time. Tenant (male) found him over familiar and felt very uncomfortable, he asked me not to use him again. Emailed me copy of certificate just signed "Adrian" and invoice handwritten on piece of paper. He was reasonably priced and did ring me with an update after completing the test but not very professional.
