When should an EPDM roof be installed?

Is it okay to have an EPDM roof installed during the winter months or should it be done during the warmer parts of the year? Does it matter when at all?

"Weather wise? Then good nice and dry. If it’s too hot it won’t stick. Same if it’s too wet"

"In colder temperatures, especially below freezing, the adhesives and primers will fail to correctly bond the EPDM rubber membrane to the surface. It's usually recommended that a rubber flat roof shouldn't be installed in temperatures under 5°c."

"Summer is more preferable to do...as long as its a dry day it's OK...we do all year round as long as you work to temperature of weather with mix is OK....and would also give resin 24 hours to dry and then apply top coat gives you chance to sand down and rough bits"
