"A select grade wood is one that has been chosen for the task at hand. For example, a hard-wearing close-grained wood for durability or a stable wood with little wood movement or indeed a grained “pretty wood” with no knots for furniture etc. the pros of using it is the best product for the intended use. The cons simply put it costs more than a cheaper generic timber."

"Select wood is a choice of flooring, area, temperature, traffic, different woods move to grow shrink etc"
