Water pooling on decking over time

Our decking used to drain fine but now water sits on it after rain. Nothing's changed structurally though..has the wood just warped, or could it be the base that's shifted?

"Yes, it could be either. If the water is only pooling in a few spots, the boards have likely warped or cupped. If larger areas are holding water, the subframe or base may have settled slightly over time. Even a few millimetres of movement can affect drainage."
