"Most of loft conversion can be carried out without planning permission, but you will still need to satisfy Building regulations. It's important to know whether you need planning permission before began, Once you got planning permission, You have three (3) years to start on your development unless a condition attached to the planning permission says differently. If you haven't started the development after three years, you will need to re-apply for planning permission. Please feel free to contact us at inderbajwa1997 gmail.com"

"Hello luke

The current law states that you must start the project within 3 years.

That clock starts ticking on the day that planning permission is granted.

Good luck with it"
