Slipped slates..

Few slates skipped on roof with foam underneath..,how should I go shout sorting this out.

Shall I reattach the slates ad they flip?

"Hi there you could just do some slate repairs but I would watch if there is foam under all slate u could be looking at a knew roof because your roof will no be able to breathe and that will cause condensation then create mould"

"Spray foam insulation causes so many problems, I would recommend to replace the entire roof."

"Take the slates out replace with new and nail them to the roof or pull old ones out scrap the foam off and reuse if possible ."

"Small strips of lead 6" long 3/4 wide top hooked over the lower lathe giving few ins. To fold around the middle of replacement slate"

"If your slates are falling off and you can see the foam the only way really is to do a new roof as your roof cannot breathe with foam"
