Answered on 19th Jul 2020 - Member since Nov 2018 - report"Hi Michael
It will work out cheaper to put a tile affect metal roof on instead of fiberglass, you wouldn't have to replace boards as you just need to fix new timbers over the existing roof to fix the sheets to, the lifespan is 15-20 years as they are plastic coated
Many thanks Sean

"Hi there Michael, it’s a bit of a tricky one to answer over a message but I can certainly have a look and see what the job entails.
just of the top of my head for something that size You would be looking between £1,600-£2,200, as you can imagine it all depends on what’s on the roof, what’s the access like, is the roof coming off, are the joists structurally sound.
