removing carpet and fitting wooden flooring in Northern Ireland

I am from Northern Ireland and I’d like to know what a carpenter in my area will likely charge to fit wooden flooring in replace of carpet in the living room? Our living room has an area of 15 square metres in total. We want to have oak solid wood flooring fitted over this area. As for the removal costs for the carpet, will this be something we can pay the carpenter to take care of or usually is another company needed such as by hiring a skip ourselves? What is the total cost we’re looking at paying a carpenter for this replacement job between the labour and supply costs? Also what are some of the best online stores/sites we should consider looking at for the best oak flooring online? We’d prefer to avoid going to the store if possible because of coronavirus. Thanks!
