REMOVE SECTIONS OF SOFA

Question

I have a large  five seater corner leather sofa, the two end sections are manual recliners and clip onto the main sofa. 
I want to remove two middle sections completely, leaving one central seat section and the two reclining corner sections. Am I able to do this?

Without looking at the sofa I can't tell but yes it is possible.  But you have to make sure you had both male and female clips and you might have to change around the make work. This is only if the 5 seater is in 5 sections.

I don't know if you can do this as it will depend on the clips that hold the two parts together.

This wil depend on how the wooden frame underneath the leather has been Constructed it would be possible to cut the wood and make it into a 2 seater but you will need a good carpenter to do this also I would expect the leather to be in one piece how it now therefore you would need a up holster to alter the leather to turn it into a two seater then clip back on the 2 end recliners I would like to state this is not a job for a DIY person to undertake I hope you find this helpful thank you ROD

A view of the sofa would be required but normally these do come with "latches" that allow for removal of certain parts.
