Plane/Sand + adjust hinges on timber door

How much is it to get some carpentry done to a timber door?
Frame may require a bit of sanding/planeing, but mostly it is a case of hinges needing adjusting (possibly chiselling out a bit) and rehanging it so it opens/closes nice and flush. Thank you.

"shouldn't really break the bank. £40 should rehang a door."

"£50 minimum but is all depends on how much alterations needed for the door. The big thing that’s going to cost is making good of the door frame as that needs a lot of prep work."

"Depends what needs doing, you dont usually sand a frame or plane it in situ.
You could trim the closing side or pack the hinge side.
If a new frame is needed then from £130 including a new frame."

"Most trained carpenters would charge around £18 to £22 per hour depending on on what needs doing your probably looking at 2 to 3 hrs work I would guesstimate"

"Hello, I’d be happy to help you with this. The price will depend on the condition of the frame and the amount of adjustment required, but I can certainly plane/sand and rehang the door so it works smoothly. If you could provide a couple of photos or the door size, I’ll be able to give you a more accurate quotation."
