Oak floor raised after flood

Oak floor slats have bowed after a small flood and need to be levelled off ay idea please?

"You need to lift the floor and dry it out then sand the boards then refit when the area is dry. Check with a damp meter must be below 7% on the meter"

"If the bow is only slight then a power sander can be used to level, if the bow is bad then best to lift boards and level the floor frame with a planer before reattaching the floor boards."
