What is the no dig garden method? What benefits does it offer and what are its potential drawbacks?

"No dig is an amazing method of non consuming hours once it’s established good environment friendly method with the grounds natural fungi, and makes a happy plant rotation planting method weed free, once established , cardboard the area you want to use and then mulch the top with mushroom compost or home made compost cardboard matts the area 12 inch deep with a border of wood and there you go scratch back into soil make a divet and pop a plug in or seed happy gardening folks"

"No dig gardening is a non cultivation method primarily used by some organic gardener. Advantages are that there are less pest to contend with as the natural nutrients are left to flourished this minimising the amount of soil fungus and evaporation can be minimised. I don’t know of any disadvantages as yet but there are probably some out there. Hope the helps a little."
