    If upvc

    (1) is the fascia covered over wood if so then yes.

    (2) is it replacement boards been fitted then because it will have significant air flow.

    (3) has there been air vented soffit fitted.

    (4) was the old soffit fitted with air vents then yes .
    (5) is there spray foam in the loft.

    (6) is there solar panels mounted each side of the house 🏠.

Every house is different you would have to inspect the property to be honest."

"Soffit should only be vented for air flow so if you have a cold roof it will need to be vented to stop condensation, so if you have vented soffit and no other air flow it will more than likely lead"
