Loft conversion space

How much of a space will I end up with that is usable after a loft is converted? As in, out of the whole loft space area, what percentage, roughly will likely be usable after a conversion?

"Hi. The most important thing is pitch of your roof which will tell you roughly area of the useable floor. You will need minimum 1m of high from floor level to the roof line and from that point you can measure how much space you will have. Thanks"

"Hello greetings
Depending on the maximum height in the centre and sides the area could be calculated. You could also take inspiration from other work. Have a look in your area to see if anyone has anything similar."

"Depends on the roof shape!! If it’s a gable around 75 % of floor print of the house."
