can I use the same paint on a bathroom and kitchen ceiling?

Best to use a proper bathroom ceiling paint which prevents mould and mildew from forming from the moisture.

Yes you can , I suggest a vinyl Matt , or a soft sheen, so you can wipe it if necessary, Why I’ve recommend this is because they’re wet areas

Yes!
Paint for bathrooms and kitchens should be washable (soft sheen,durable Matt, acrylic eggshell etc). These paints stand up to condensation/steam/water much better than standard emulsion so will last longer.

Silk emulsions are made for use in bathrooms and kitchen but you may be able to use vinyl soft sheen (satin) paints or specially-formulated bathroom/kitchen paints, I'd highly recommend specially formulated bathroom and kitchen paint.
