I done Twice in 3 years , in both situations that was reconstruction . I only assist from beginning to end, main experienced Person in high standard is my colleague, as He I like experiments, modern and luxury styles too . From some mine experience and our ideas what we used
Partly depends of available space for Jack and Jill bathroom, more space means more options for some special considerations designing. Or reconstruction ideas / option split the bathroom, walls, bath build in to make luxury effective one piece, 2 in 1 something as weetroom with bath, optically space looks larger as usually. Double sink much better as one large for family , under the double sink can get Extra large storage space... . Mainly is good thing about electrical, lighting plan and ventilation. Recommend switches with touch sensor also blue diode let you know in night where is switch and if weakly blue than mean the light in bathroom is on or someone is there . In toilet useful type of light is with motion sensor switch - Options set up timer . With this sistem you Don't need switch and extra cable for switch , the right ( low watt ) LED light save power and always time sensor automatically turn off light if no one in toilet after 4,5,6,,... Minutes which is Practical, modern and hygienic . Where will be used silicone, better choice is quality 10 / 15 £ cost one tube, but the mixture is antimould, strong , don't needed replace or reseal, white is white after years fast dry, after 30 min. the place is ready for use and doesn't smell that much as classic one"
