"Hi,
Creating a new en-suite in a bedroom typically costs between £4,000 and £7,000 for full installation (including plumbing, drainage, partition walls, tanking, tiling, and fitting the suite).
The exact price mainly depends on the distance to your main soil pipe and the layout."

"Hi
There’s a lot of factors to your question.
Is there already a local water supply and drainage close to where you want the en suite building.
Depending on your available space will govern the suite you can have.
Projects like this can vary from 4 - 10k.
There needs to be ventilation through the wall or ceiling.
Ideally, asking someone to come and measure the project, have a look at all these things and more is absolutely the best way to go,

Hope this helps"

"Around £7,000 for a standard job, including fitting and basic materials, but it can go higher if drainage, electrics, ventilation or tiling are complicated. Best to see the space before giving a firm price"

"The cost is impossible to advise without knowing the dimensions of the area you wish to use, the quality of the sanitary ware, and the nearest location of the pipe work for water supply and waste. If the shower to be installed is electric, the cost to run the cables back to board will certainly add up fast. Personally for any bathroom always budget between £8-10K if the room exists, and £11-13K if the room needs to be built and services brought to the room."
