Harry done an excellent job replacing 3 broken tiles and regrouted our bathroom floor. Job was done quickly and pleased with the end result, floor looks new. Fair price, will use again when needed. Thanks Harry.

While care was taken not to leave a mess there was a small amount of clean up required. Work done well and very quickly. Excellent value for money. Some flakes of grouting came away after 3 days.

I asked if they wanted to view the job, which they declined. They did the job in a rush as they had another job to go to. 2 off the tiles have since loosened which they said they would fix. When the replacement tiles arrived I message them, to which I received no reply. I msg them again and they replied yesterday saying that it is the floor that the issue is with and not the tiling and suggested I YouTube how to remove a tile and replace. Really I don’t call that Excellent customer service. They didn’t have a problem taking the money. I might also add that we asked him if he would tile an adjacent small Toilet which took abt 4-5 600x600 tiles, which we would pay extra for but because he was in a rush he said I will put the tiles down but I won’t have time to grout the entire floor which we ended up doing ourselves. We paid someone to do the job so that we would not have to do anything. Would not recommend this person. Don’t take on a job that you cannot totally commit to. I’m now left with 2 unstable tiles which I will need someone to fix at an additional cost to me.

Floor Tiling
Was tiling a level floor, managed to lay tiles uneven at 3 different points. Didn't complete grouting under sink, didn't lay last tile. Haven't been able to get in touch since he left on Monday. Have had to touch up grouting and lay last tile, majority of job is OK but just looks like he was in a rush to leave.
