I would like to express our gratitude for intervening in a moment of need for my elderly mother. The job wasn't of any great complexity, but Dino was the only one with the experience, expertise and sensitivity to put my mother's mind at rest. He explained carefully how to deal with the safety mechanism that is activated when an appliance is faulty, He was very patient and calming. I really do recommend his services to anyone in the area (B97 5DS), especially elderly people who are often taken advantage of and exploited during these difficult economic times. Dino is really honest and highly professional, and it is comforting to know we can count on his services should the need arise.

Dino was a lovely guy and was at first very prompt, efficient and reliable. He arrived on time, was very efficient and started work quicker than any other trade could offer us . He carried out 95% of the work on time and as promised, except on the last Day He arrived quite late , about 2 hours later than usual, and didn't finish the job off, because He said rather than "Box off" the waste pipe, We should try and obtain another cabinet to fill the gap and for us to call Him back once We had found one. We tried to get another unit, but failed to find one for the correct measurements, so asked Him to pop back to box in and tile over the waste pipes. We kept asking Him to come back to complete the work and his reply was that he would when he had a "slot", this continued for three Months from the end of October, until , in the end I was so frustrated that I finished it off myself. Such a shame as He really was a lovely Guy and We would have recommended Him to friends and family who need similar jobs doing too.
