Internal door hanging

Question

How much to fit 7 internal doors, two to bathrooms/WC will require locks. I also need a door opening altered to go the other way and an under stairs framing and cupboard door building

Hi Louise

You are looking at £30-50 per door dependant on lining/frame condition, and the amount of work needed to get the doors to fit.

The understairs cupboard could be anything from £150 to £1000 dependant on size and amount of work needed. This is something you are best having somebody over to offer a quote after taking measurements and gauging expectations.

Hello Loisue, 

Current Rate for door installation is around £170 per door, as for the framing, the lucky trades person would have to see the task ahead to provide a more accurate quote.

Yes Approx £80.00 per door with locks. Also around 650-1100 for under the stairs.

A= 300cm

I would say your look at £80 per door into existing frames. Under stairs cupboards you are also looking at anything between. £600 to £1000
