How to spend £2,000 on improving kerb appeal of house

My husband and I want to improve the kerb appeal of our house before putting it on the market. We have a budget of £2,000. What would you recommend?

"Pointing, painting and leaks. A leaking roof or guttering can put buyers off due to the unknown causes which could be expensive to fix. Damaged pointing is also an off putting issue, potential buyers will see this as an expensive fix because it’s time consuming and unsightly/aged paintwork wouldn’t be enticing or encourage potential buyer to take a look inside despite being a relatively cheap fix."

"Depending on the size you could render the front, face-lift the garden, new patio, power wash existing patio or replace soffots fascias and guttering"

"Paint Exterior of house, or maybe give the driveway a new lease of life?, depending on what it is?, or you could give the roof a new look by pointing and bedding the ridges nice and high, or roof clean! (not high pressure wash!) maybe the house needs some pointing of the brick work, lots off things you could do,
