How to isolate a radiator

I want to take one radiator off to decorate behind it, but I’m not totally sure which valves to turn or how to do it without draining the whole system. I don't want to call someone out for something that I'm sure I could just do myself!

"Just turn off the valves either side of the radiator that controls the flow and return"

"Both valves left and right need to be fully closed (turned clockwise to the right), then place a container under the radiator where the valve connects to the radiator, then slowly undo the nut that connects the valve to the radiator, slowly drain the radiator until empty."

"Good morning if you turn both sides of the rad off via the valves then place a bowl under 1 valve and crack nut open near rad the rad should drain make sure you have a bucket aswell as u out will need to empty bowl if it don't stop you will need to drain system as valves could be passing"
