Swap Toilet in Small Bathroom
I had a full WC replacement carried out by Austin Ebiche and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the outset, his job quote was clear, detailed, and very competitively priced, with a proper breakdown of the work involved. He took the time to explain the process and what would be required, which gave me confidence before the work even started. Austin arrived on time and carried out the job professionally from start to finish. The old toilet unit was carefully disconnected, removed, and disposed of properly, with no mess left behind. He installed the new WC to a high standard, ensuring the pan connector was correctly aligned and fully sealed, the soil pipe connection was secure, and there were no leaks. He also made sure the cistern was fitted correctly, all fixings were solid, and the water supply was reconnected and tested thoroughly. Particular care was taken with sealing around the base of the unit and checking flush operation and water flow to ensure everything was working exactly as it should. Austin was very patient throughout the job and even waited while additional items were delivered so the installation could be completed properly without rushing. Once finished, he tested everything, cleaned the area, and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair and competitive, and the service was reliable and professional. I would highly recommend Austin Ebiche to anyone needing a WC replacement or general plumbing work and would definitely use him again in the future.
