How much to Paint the outside of a House?

Could you tell me roughly how much it would cost to repair the exterior of a small house. We are buying a period Georgian cottage but its semi detached so only three exterior walls to be painted. Many Thanks

The costs for 3 walls only is depending on how bad the walls are. If they need to be rendered, the cost for each wall he could go to £2000 each or less if just for filling walls and paint then is £1000 each if you have wood windows he will be an extra cost of £250 per window

All depends on access really. Whether its ladder work/scaffold. 
As a guide......if masonary only, and minor hairline cracks, no drastic colour change, around the £1200-1400 sounds about right.

all depends on how much of a repair is needed to the walls ..but price wise you'll be looking between £320 - £450

If it can be done from a ladder it will be cheaper as a scaffold costs more so if a ladder is ok then £1000 should do it

Shouldn’t  cost too much (£400)  but would need to set aside £1000 for repairs just in case, It would all depend on the area you live to as rates are different everywhere !
