How much does commercial lawn maintenance cost?

I manage a small office park with about half an acre of grass and borders that need keeping tidy year round. What do gardening firms typically charge for a monthly commercial contract?

Hi Kelly, in response to your question it would depend on who you hired to undertake the work. 
Are you specifically looking for a vat registered company or would you consider someone self employed, that wouldn’t necessarily tie you down in a yearly contract, and would probably give you more attention to detail, offer more flexibility, and probably work out cheaper?

I’d say it depends on who you hire because some companies charge their own rates. First overgrown cut would cost more then cheaper rates each time after. I’d roughy say £80 normally.
