How long do modern roofs last?

    Roofers

On average, how long are newly installed modern roofs expected to last? Does it depend much on the quality/type or is the life expectancy fairly similar across the board?

"Hi Christian the average life span of a new roof is around 50-60 across the board, but this is provided that the installation is carried out correctly."
